Did you know that before our Sunday morning service, a small group of volunteers prepares coffee in the parlor? Starting around 10am, you can find warm beverages available in the parlor to enjoy as you warm up from the cold outside before settling in to the sanctuary for worship. Sometimes there’s even a small treat to go with your coffee!

Our First UCC Relay for Life team continues to work hard throughout the year to help fight the fight against cancer! Even though the Relay for Life walk has already happened for 2017, we will continue to have fund raisers for The American Cancer Society in an effort to raise money for research in finding a cure. We would love for you to join our team and help us in our efforts, we won’t stop until there is a cure for cancer! Call us at 339-5871 to become a part of our First UCC Relay for Life Team!
From the Pastor
As the pastor of First United Church of Christ, it is my pleasure to welcome you to our church website (with the help of Tomatillo Design)! We have worked very hard to make this website as user-friendly and informative as possible.
We, as a family of faith, come from many different faith backgrounds and experiences…and here, in all our diversity, we come together in community, bound together in the common mission of inviting all people to faith, relationship, and service through Jesus Christ.
As you explore our site, you will see the various ways in which we are growing together in faith, relationships, and service. You will find us gathering in worship, enjoying times of fellowship and fun, and serving our community and our world as we participate in the various ministries of our church.
Come join us… come and find a place where you can make a difference in the world!
Grace and peace,
Pastor Lauren Allen
